Live training and webinars are not available for the county held sale. The process is simple and works as follows.
After a buyer registers and enters the website, upon clicking the "Buy Certificates" button, the program takes the buyer through a short wizard that captures the bank information necessary to create an electronic check.
Buying can then begin. Upon choosing a certificate(s) and clicking the "Buy Now" button, a purchase confirmation pops up. Confirm the purchase(s) and the certificate(s) is yours pending a successful transfer of funds. An electronic payment is created in the amount of your purchase(s) using the information provided earlier in the wizard.
Please keep in mind that all the certificates offered on the county held site were offered at auction and went unsold. Do your research carefully and be an informed purchaser. Tax certificates can be an excellent investment, but they are not a guaranteed investment.
